Shipping and FAQ

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100, and free shipping worldwide for orders over $170. International shipments are sent via DHL. 

Note: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after receiving.

Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to love your Oliver Cabell. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

For international exchanges, we will issue you store credit upon receiving your original order.

We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties. Refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $8.95 to cover handling and restocking costs.

International Orders:

International orders ship via one of two methods at checkout: 

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout. 

Address Changes:

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason. 

Defects/Flaws:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please shoot us a note at contact@olivercabell.com so that our team can help.

What if I refuse my order?

Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is $40 for domestic shipments and $75 for international shipments. 

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Oliver Cabell, Inc. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Oliver Cabell, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.

How does the Try for Free program work? 

We’ll validate your credit card through an authorization. Rest assured we will only charge your card if you decide to keep the item(s). Try the item, and only pay if you decide to keep it through the trial period. We'll only then charge your card.

Was my card charged when I placed the order?

We validate your card through an authorization for the full amount of the order. You'll see a pending charge on your statement, but rest assured that's not a charge. We'll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep.

When does the trial period begin?

We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your trial period to postmark returns.

How do you know not to charge my card for the items I’m returning?

When you initiate a return, we know which items you plan on returning and know to expect these items at our warehouse. We provide ample time for your returned items to arrive at our warehouse, where we inspect the items and process your returns.

What if I decided to keep the items but then want to initiate a return?

No problem! Our regular return policy is still in effect.
