Shipping:

We offer free shipping for orders over $240. International shipments are sent via DHL Express and FedEx International Express. 

Route Package Protection

With Route's insurance coverage, you can shop with confidence knowing that your order is protected and that any potential losses or damages will be handled swiftly and efficiently.

Through this partnership, we aim to ensure that our customers have a worry-free shopping experience and are protected in case any unfortunate incidents occur while their orders are in transit. To file a claim, please go to https://claims.route.com/.

Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to love your Oliver Cabell's. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear on footwear), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order, and shipped within 7 days from the return request date.

For international exchanges, we will issue you store credit upon receiving your original order.

We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds take approximately 10-15 business days to be processed by our team and depending on your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing. All prices are listed in USD. Refunds for standard shipping is $20 to cover handling and restocking fees. If you purchased online, please make sure to use our return portal above. We are unable to accept online purchases in store, and vice versa. 

International Orders:

International orders ship via one of two methods at checkout: 

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout. 

If you are an international customer and/or you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items minus a $20 restocking fee. We highly suggest obtaining a copy of the return label from your local courier showing our return address, weight of the package and tracking number for faster processing.

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties. 

Address Changes:

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason. 

Defects/Flaws:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please shoot us a note at contact@olivercabell.com so that our team can help. Of note: we have a 60 day warranty on all footwear.

What if I refuse my order?

Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is $40 for domestic shipments and $75 for international shipments. 

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Oliver Cabell, Inc. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Oliver Cabell, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.
