When will I receive my order?
All orders are subject to a processing timeline that is separate from shipping transit time.
To better set expectations, we categorize orders into three types:

In-Stock Orders

Presale Orders

Combined Orders (In-Stock + Presale)
You can always confirm your order type by reviewing the product page details for the product you ordered.
In-Stock Orders
If a product and size does not show a future availability date on the product page, it is in stock and ready to ship.
What to expect:

In-stock orders are processed on the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons
Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that in-stock orders move quickly into warehouse preparation, so changes to the product, size, or shipping address are not guaranteed once the order is placed.
Presale Orders
Presale items are products that are not yet available in our inventory and are expected to arrive at a later time.
On the product page, you’ll see the estimated month when a specific size is expected to become available.
Rather than listing exact dates, we provide a broader window to allow for the realities of international production and transit, which can occasionally shift due to port conditions or logistical delays. This approach allows us to remain transparent while avoiding overpromising on timelines that may change.
What to expect:

Your order will ship as soon as the inventory becomes available

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking

If timelines shift, we’ll do our best to communicate updates as they occur
Combined Orders/Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes both in-stock and presale items, fulfillment may occur in separate shipments.
How we handle combined orders:

In-stock items such as apparel or jewelry will ship first

Accessories that are intended to be used with shoes, including cleaners, laces, and shoe trees, will ship together with the shoes

This helps ensure items arrive in the most practical and usable way
If an order is split, you’ll receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipment.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Shipping speed refers only to the time in transit after your order has shipped and does not determine product availability.
Domestic shipping options:

Standard (3-8 Days) - $13.99

Expedited (2-3 Days) - $19.99
For presale orders, expedited shipping applies once the order ships, not before inventory becomes available.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
