These are some of the most comfortable flats I've owned. I love the look and feel. I originally ordered a 6 thinking they'd be the right size based on reviews and the recommendation from Oliver Cabell's website but ended up having to exchange for a size 7 which were perfect. My only complaint is that they are wearing so quickly. I do wear them multiple times a week so they're getting good use, but for the most part I only wear them to work (indoor office job) and occasionally around town. The leather on the heels and toes is scratched up and revealing the grey leather under the white. Also the rubber soles have worn down considerably given that it's only been 4 months. I was hoping to get multiple years out of these but it's looking like they'll be in pretty rough condition after a year or so.

I received my flat white sooner than expected but too small for me. This is my first purchase with Oliver Cabell and I have another pair in my order. I wrote to the Customer Service to request for extension so that I could wait for the second pair to arrive and I return both together to save some shipping costs. To my pleasant surprise, the customer service staff offered to change my order to the correct size before shipping. And throughput my process of figuring out how to return the flat white, the different customer service staff were prompt and addressed my concerns very well.
